Olivier Gerardin, the new Associate General Manager, has set himself the objective of doubling the number of franchisees in 2024.

Florent Mercier learned the basics of being a pizza chef at the age of 14 and is now at the head of the pizzeria network elected Best Take-Out or Delivered Pizza Brand in 2023. The first franchise was inaugurated in 2015, and today the network has 60 franchisees.

Associate General Manager

A 35-year career and 5 years as CEO at PITAYA, Olivier Geradin joined the Toane group to structure the franchise and develop the new TOHANA concept that will be unveiled in March.
