Optimize supplies and reduce losses

A pioneer in kebab drive, GUR Kebab streamlines its procurement processes and optimizes its revenues to limit losses thanks to Inpulse. The main challenges faced by GUR Kebab concern the accurate monitoring of stocks, due to the large volumes processed by the brand. Before Inpulse, it was difficult to know the exact levels of the main references. The brand also stands out for its positioning with quality products at an affordable price.

“We were the victim of a lot of stockouts, internal theft and losses, without being able to put a precise number on it,” explains Ozan.

The initial objective is to precisely quantify these losses, both in volume and in value, whether they are unused ingredients or finished products after processing. GUR Kebab aims to open more and more restaurants. Currently concentrated in northern France, the brand aims to gradually expand to Paris and other major cities. The brand favors prime locations, with large spaces and drive-through services, although it remains open to downtown locations in major cities.
